After 12 years of being a business and insurance trial lawyer in Nevada and Utah, Matt moved from taking companies apart to creating and building them. Matt strongly favors the creative side of the law and has found extraordinary success in creating and growing companies. Currently, in addition to his role as Managing Partner of Sutl Capital, Matt acts as Wellgistics’ COO and General Counsel. Wellgistics is a wholesale pharmaceutical distribution company based in Florida, with corporate offices in Utah, and has experienced unprecedented growth and success.
Matt received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire. Based upon his life experiences, Matt is passionate in his belief that the impetus of success is collaborative relationships. If you ever ask him to tell you about himself, he’ll respond that he is a believer, husband, father, entrepreneur and lawyer.
